What's For Supper?

At Supper we offer three different types of classes to suit your interests or group size.

Farm to Table Workshops
Farm to Table Workshops

Our Farm to Table Workshops are menu driven, intensive two to four day classes. The menu for each day involves the building of fundamental stocks and sauces that are then used throughout the week to create more complex dishes. Classes begin at 9:00 a.m. and finish “at the table” with new friends, great food and wine.

Custom Group Workshops
Custom Group Workshops

Our Custom Group Workshop is a 3–hour class focusing on a specific area of cuisine. We will taste our way through the day’s menu hot off the grill. It is a great way to explore a specific cuisine, technique or style of cooking with a group of friends. Classes are booked independently. Maximum class size is 8.

Tasting Workshops
Tasting Workshops

The Tasting Workshops are evening based classes concentrating on a specific style of cuisine. Applying techniques to the season’s best offerings, one learns a sampling of culinary options within a single theme. Fixed date classes allow individual participation without bringing your own group.
